With the exhibition «What does Switzerland eat?» the National Museum Zurich takes a look into Switzerland’s pots and pans and sheds light on the many facets of Swiss food culture. It shows that our daily bread is more than simple nutrition. Food is art, culture, social history and futurology all at once.
