Splendid Sleighs – Roaring lions and hissing dragons

Kindergarten | Elementary school | Middle school

Roaring lions and hissing dragons – animals and mythical creatures were very popular designs for decorating sleighs. The bodies of many of the sleighs are shaped like animals. What secrets do the animal figures tell? Which animals were admired and which were feared? On this tour, children can do fun activities while discovering the imaginatively decorated sleighs.
